Dear Joan, Despite the rather hostile weather, we were able to enjoy 3 excellent walks around Kirkby Lonsdale. We did the Casterton route, omitting the Ease Gill loop, beyond Bull Pot Farm, as we couldn't see the pot holes in the snow! We also completed the walk around Kirkby Lonsdale itself and the one to Hutton Roof, which was magical in the snow. Your maps and route descriptions were clear and informative and contributed greatly to our enjoyment of our walking break. We hope to return to do other routes in the future. Many thanks
