Orders
Please be assured that I will not pass on any information you supply to me. You may return any items within seven days for a full refund.
On-line orders with PayPal payment:
PayPal accepts both credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account. All transactions made online using the PayPal shopping cart are securely handled by PayPal. We do not see your credit card details. We will receive an e-mail from PayPal detailing your order and payment. If you are already a PayPal menber when you go to the checkout, you can enter your username and password to complete the transaction. There are no fees for buyers shopping through PayPal.
Payment by cheque:
Provide clear instructions together with your name, address and telephone number. Please add £1.00 postage and packing for any orders under £4.00 and make cheques payable to Joan Bryden.
UK postage and packing:
Order value £0.01 to £3.99: Postage and packing £1.00.
Order value £4.00 and up: Postage and packing FREE.
Overseas postage:
Walks, greetings cards and signed photographs (rolled in a tube) can be posted to any overseas address. Please order as normal using PayPal, but please understand that any excess postage cost will be requested through PayPal prior to despatch.
