A fairly strenuous 5.25 or 6.5 mile walk up Loughrigg Fell to Lily Tarn. Wonderful Lakeland scenery.
A moderate 6 mile walk with a lake, river, tarn, amazing quarry and two waterfalls. Can be shortened to an easy 3.25 miles.
A moderate 5 mile ramble up the dramatic Sourmilk Gill to the peaceful Easedale Tarn with a Far Easedale return.
A fairly strenuous 7.75 mile Wordsworth trail to Alcock Tarn with a Grasmere and Rydal Water return. Shortens to an easy 3 miles. Grasmere and Rydal
A strenuous 5 or 6.5 mile ramble past Stockghyll Force to climb Wansfell. A Troutbeck and Jenkin Crag return. Great views.
